Getting started...

OKay so it's time to eat healthy and workout and I've decided the only way to do it is to do it together so that we all have someone to report to! Each week (or each day) everyone can report how they have done and maybe a favorite recipe that's healthy. Then weekly you can tell us how you are doing and how much weight you lost! I think we should all try taking away one thing for a few months, for example mine will be no candy. Maybe we could try this for a few months! Who is in?
